  Incredible Service Today from Tyler! I went in and made my order from the server at til whose service was spot on! (Unfortunately I didnt their name, tall fellow, brown hair, stubble) and sat down to wait for my order. Not long later Tyler came out, effortlessly carving her way through the crowd and giving me my order, double checking everything was correct and asking if I needed anything else, full of smiles and a bubbly demeanor. I work in hospitality myself and maintaining that good mood and high energy at peak times is a rare skill. Food was incredible too! For my first experience at Wingstop it was excellent, Ill be sure to return.

  Not good queuing in the rain for 30 minutes With my son who has autism ….when we eventually got in and ordered we then waited over an hour For our food and to be honest personally give me kfc any day it was basic for the price and my son got restless I did want to complain I was told I had to speak to the manager He didn’t arrive and we were totally ignored And that’s why I won’t ever get food from hear again … so I will tell any one who asks what was our experience in wing stop I’m going to tell them the truth and hopefully put them off. Going there in the first place .

  Having been to Wingstop in Cribbs Causeway we were excited to try the new place nearer home. Very disappointed. The food is grossly over salted. Having to queue to order is standard. But 25 minutes waiting for food? Ridiculous for a supposedly fast food place. Also, don't visit if you have sensory issues because, not only is it very noisy, but the design has created an echo effect that makes it worse. It's also over priced. Not recommended.

  Came here with my boyfriend for the first time and it was lovely!! Chicken was cooked well, perfect amount of seasoning on everything. Very hot and fresh. Did take a while to come but expected as it was very busy. The staff were kind and helpful. Very clean and sanitary inside, was in there for about an hour and floors were swept and tables wiped multiple times. Server was kind. Checked up on us a few times. Toilets were very clean which is very unexpected for a fast food restaurant. We did have to wait a while for a seat and to get in but that’s expected as it is a new restaurant. However one thing is that the music is a bit too loud in there and can be hard to hear when ordering and is a little overwhelming.

  So, I wanted to share my honest experience after my husband and I visited today. We’ve been to Wingstop in Bristol many times and always enjoyed the food, so we were excited to try this new location. We arrived at lunchtime and, as expected for a newly opened store, there was a queue outside. We ordered 24 wings (12 boneless, 12 classic) in Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana Rub, Original, and Korean BBQ, along with both regular and sweet‑potato fries in Wingstop style. The sweet‑potato fries were unfortunately so heavily seasoned — very lemony and overpowering — that I couldn’t eat them. We also received ranch instead of honey mustard, which we didn’t realise until we’d already driven away. The Garlic Parmesan wings had only the lightest dusting compared to Bristol, and the Louisiana Rub just didn’t taste right at all. My husband wouldn’t eat those ones, even though they’re usually my go‑to flavour. Overall, it was disappointing and didn’t match the standard we’re used to from Bristol.
